Cahill represented the financing sources including Wachovia Securities in a $190,000,000 Rule 144A / Regulation S Offering by PGS Solutions, Inc. comprised of 9 5/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2015 in connection with the acquisition by the Veritas Capital Fund III, L.P. of Pearson Government Solutions from Pearson plc.
