Cahill represented Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. in $450,000,000 Credit Facility by J.G. Wentworth, LLC comprised of a $325,000,000 First Lien Credit Agreement and a $125,000,000 Second Lien Credit Agreement in connection with the recapitalization of J.G. Wentworth, LLC.
