Cahill Represented Debt Financing Sources in $800 Million Term Loan with Express Scripts Inc.

Cahill represented Credit Suisse and Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. in a $800,000,000 New Tranche Term Loan by Express Scripts, Inc.  Proceeds from the loans will be used to effect open-market purchases of the company's common stock.
