TA Associates and Rho Ventures Complete Investment in Intralinks

Cahill represented Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Administrative Agent and the lenders in connection with bank financings to fund the acquisition of IntraLinks, Inc. by TA Associates and Rho Ventures. The bank financings consisted of $135,000,000 First Lien-Term Loan Facility, $15,000,000 First Lien Revolver, $30,000,000 Second Lien-Tranche B Loan, $35,000,000 Second Lien Tranche C Loan and $75,000,000 Senior PIK Holding Company Loan.
