Univar Agrees to be Acquired by CVC Capital Partners for $2.2 Billion

This morning, it was announced that Univar NV agreed to be acquired by CVC Capital Partners for $2.2 billion. Cahill represented Bank of America, which is providing financing commitments for $2.75 billion in credit facilities in connection with the acquisition and refinancing of debt.
