Ryerson Inc. Agrees to be Acquired by Platinum Equity Advisors

It was announced today that Ryerson Inc. agreed to be bought by a company formed by Platinum Equity Advisors in a transaction valued at approximately $2.0 billion. Cahill represented Bank of America in providing $2.1 billion of financing commitments to partially finance the acquisition and refinance existing debt.
