Death Announcement: Donald J. Mulvihill (9/25/31- 9/29/07)

It is with profound sadness that we inform you that Donald J. Mulvihill, our Washington office partner from 1966 until 2006 when he became resident Senior Counsel, died Saturday September 29th from complications of brain cancer.
Don was a friend to all and will be missed by everyone fortunate enough to know him. He is survived by his wife, Grace, whom he met at the firm in 1958, and their six daughters, Eve, Lee, Gigi, Donna, Andrea and Cammie. He was predeceased by an infant son, Donald John.
There will be a wake on Wednesday, October 3 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Church of the Little Flower, 5607 Massachusetts Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20816 (301-320-4538). The service will be held at the same church at 12 Noon on Thursday, October 4th and a gathering immediately following at the Chevy Chase Club located at 6100 Connecticut Avenue, Chevy Chase, MD (301-652-4100).
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, contributions in Don's memory be made to either St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or the Preston Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke University, DUMC Box 3624, Durham, NC 27710.
