Silver Lake and TPG Complete $8.3 Billion Acquisition of Avaya, Inc.

Cahill represented Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan in their roles as agents and arrangers for the credit facilities which provided financing and working capital needs for the going-private acquisition of the telecommunications company Avaya, Inc. by Silver Lake and TPG Capital in a transaction valued at approximately $8.3 billion.
