Cahill Represents XL Capital in connection with Offering of Common Stock and Equity Security Units

Cahill represented XL Capital Ltd in its public offering of (i) 196,015,200 Class A Ordinary shares and (ii) 23,000,000 10.75% Equity Security Units (consisting of forward purchase contracts and an interest in a senior note of XL Capital), in each case including shares and units issuable upon exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option. Gross aggregate proceeds from the offerings were approximately $2.8 billion.
