Cahill represented Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC, KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. and Brean Murray, Carret & Co., LLC, as underwriters, in connection with the public offering of 2,647,058 shares of common stock of Shuffle Master, Inc. (Nasdaq: SHFL). Cahill also represented Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., as dealer manager, in connection with the tender offer by Shuffle Master, Inc. for its convertible notes.
