Cahill represented the Initial Purchasers including J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. in Nielsen Finance LLC and Nielsen Finance Co.’s Rule 144A Offering comprised of $330,000,000 of its 11.625% Senior Notes due 2014.
