Cahill Represents The Empire District Electric Company in Securing New Line of Credit

Cahill represented The Empire District Electric Company (NYSE:EDE) in connection with its entering into a $50 million unsecured revolving credit facility with UMB Bank, N.A. as Administrative Agent, Bank of America, N.A. as Syndication Agent, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Documentation Agent and Arvest Bank. The line of credit will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
