Cahill Represents Underwriters in $400 Million Public Offering by Toll Brothers

Cahill represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Banc of America Securities LLC and RBS Securities Inc. as underwriters for Toll Brothers' $400,000,000 offering of its 8.910% Senior Notes due 2017. The net proceeds from the sale of the Notes will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment or repurchase of certain of its outstanding indebtedness.
