Ingles Markets Completes Notes Offering and Cash Tender Offer

Cahill represented Banc of America Securities LLC, Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC and BB&T Capital Markets, a division of Scott & Stringfellow, LLC, as Initial Purchasers in Ingles Markets' offering of $575,000,000 of its 8-7/8% Senior Notes due 2017. Proceeds were used, in part, to finance Ingles Markets' substantially concurrent cash tender offer to purchase its 8-7/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2011, in which Cahill represented Banc of America Securities LLC as Dealer Manager.
