Cahill Represents Underwriters in $400 Million Public Offering by Inverness Medical Innovations

Cahill represented the underwriters including UBS Securities LLC, Banc of America Securities LLC, Canaccord Adams Inc., Leerink Swann LLC and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company Incorporated, in Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc.'s public offering of $400,000,000 of 9.00% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2016. The net proceeds from the sale of the notes will be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
