Cahill represented Banc of America Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc.  and the other underwriters in connection with the $250,000,000 Public Offering by natural gas and oil exploration company Bill Barrett Corporation of its 9.875% Senior Notes due 2016.
