Cahill represented J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., RBS Securities Inc. and several other investment banks as underwriters in connection with the registered offering by Jabil Circuit, Inc. of $312,000,000 of 7.75% senior notes due 2016.
