Cahill Represents Morgan Stanley Senior Funding in Financing for Pending Acquisition of RiskMetrics by MSCI

Cahill is representing Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. in connection with MSCI Inc.'s senior secured credit facilities aggregating up to $1.375 billion to finance a portion of the consideration payable in the approximately $1.55 billion pending acquisition of Risk Metrics Group, Inc. by MSCI Inc.

The transaction is expected to close in MSCI's third fiscal quarter of 2010.
