Cahill Represents Airgas in $300 Million Public Offering

Cahill represented Airgas, Inc. in connection with its public offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2.85% Notes due 2013. The proceeds will be used to repay a portion of its outstanding revolving debt.
