Wendy's/Arby's Restaurants Completes $650 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citi as lead arrangers in connection with $650,000,000 of senior secured credit facilities for Wendy's/Arby's Restaurants that were incurred to refinance existing indebtedness of the the Wendy's and Arby's restaurant companies.
