Cahill represented Banc of America Securities LLC, as solicitation agent, in connection with a consent solicitation by Zenith National Insurance Corp. with respect to the solicitation of consents from the holders of the 8.55% Capital Securities of Zenith National Insurance Capital Trust I to amend certain terms of the 1998 indenture governing its 8.55% Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due 2028.
