Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch and Stephens Inc., as underwriters in the secondary offering by Libbey Inc.of 4,400,001 common shares (including 573,913 shares constituting the full exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares) of Merrill Lynch PCG, Inc. with net proceeds of approximately $42,500,000.
