Cahill represented Raymond James as sole underwriter in a registered public offering by StoneMor Partners L.P. (NasdaqGS: STON) of 1,725,000 of its common units, including 225,000 units sold upon exercise of an over-allotment option, at an aggregate public offering price of approximately $41 million.
