Cahill represented Citigroup Global Markets and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. as joint book-running managers in the Rule 144A/Reg S Offering of $250,000,000 8.25% Senior Notes due 2020 by Graham Packaging Company L.P. and GPC Capital Corp. I to partially fund the acquisition of Liquid Container.
