Cahill Represents Dealer Managers in SLM Corporation's Cash Tender Offer

Cahill represented Banc of America Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. as Dealer Managers in connection with a cash tender offer by SLM Corporation, which resulted in the tender and acceptance for purchase of (i) $424,407,000 aggregate principal amount of floating rate notes due March 2011 and 5.45% notes due April 2011 and (ii) $236,423,000 aggregate principal amount of floating rate notes due October 2011 and 5.40% notes due October 2011, both pursuant to a modified "Dutch Auction."
