Cahill represented the Initial Purchasers including Banc of America Securities LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. in Sears Holdings Corporation's Rule 144A/Reg S offering comprised of $1,000,000,000 of its 6-5/8% Senior Secured Notes due 2018.
