Tutor Perini Completes $300 Million Rule 144A/Reg S Offering

Cahill represented Deutsche Bank Securities as sole book-running manager and BMO Capital Markets, Comerica Securities, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, Santander Investment Securities and U.S. Bancorp Investments as co-managers in the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $300,000,000 7 5/8% Senior Notes due 2018 by Tutor Perini Corporation. The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
