Navios Maritime Completes Public Offering

Cahill represented Citi, Wells Fargo and the other underwriters in the registered public offering by Navios Maritime Acquisition Corporation of 6,500,000 shares of common stock at an aggregate public offering price of approximately $35.75 million. The proceeds of the offering will be used by the marine transportation carrier for general corporate purposes.
