Cahill Represents Orleans Homebuilders in its Emergence From Chapter 11

Cahill is representing Orleans Homebuilders, Inc., and 58 affiliated entities (collectively, "Orleans"), in their restructuring efforts and in connection with their Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases pending in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Orleans' Modified Second Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization was recently confirmed by the Court. Once the Plan becomes effective, Orleans will emerge from Chapter 11 protection, having reduced their total liabilities from over $500 million to approximately $200 million.
