Vonage Completes $200 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented Bank of America as Administrative Agent and the other Arrangers in connection with the $200,000,000 Senior Secured Term Loan for Vonage America Inc. and Vonage Holdings Corp. The proceeds will be used refinance certain outstanding indebtedness.
