Cahill represented Deutsche Bank Securities, BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse and Wells Fargo Securities as initial purchasers in Univision Communications Inc.'s add-on notes offering of $315,000,000 of its 8 1/2% Senior Notes due 2021.
