Ventas Completes Common Stock Offering

Cahill represented UBS Securities LLC as sole underwriter in the $300,791,410 offering of 5,563,000 shares of common stock issued by Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) priced at $54.07 per share. The proceeds will be used to repay existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes and working capital.
