Cahill represented Raymond James, Barclays Capital, Baird and Janney Montgomery Scott as underwriters in a registered public offering by StoneMor Partners L.P. (NasdaqGS: STON) of 3,025,000 of its common units, including 731,155 units sold upon exercise of an over-allotment option, and 1,849,366 of common units by Selling Unitholders of StoneMor at an aggregate public offering price of approximately $142.6 million.
