Euramax International Completes $375 Million Rule 144A/Reg S Offering

Cahill represented Deutsche Bank Securities and the other initial purchasers in the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $375,000,000 9 ½% Senior Secured Notes due 2016 by Euramax International, Inc., an international manufacturer of aluminum, steel, vinyl and copper products. The proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
