Limited Brands Completes $1 Billion Public Offering

Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan and Citi as joint book-running managers and the other underwriters in the public offering of $1,000,000,000 6.625% Senior Notes due 2021 by Limited Brands, Inc. The proceeds will be used to repurchase shares of common stock of Limited Brands as well as for general corporate purposes.
