Matalan Finance Completes £250 Million Notes Offering

Cahill represented Matalan Finance plc in connection with the £250,000,000 Rule 144A/Reg S offering of 8 7/8% Senior Secured Notes due 2016. The proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
