Regency Gas Completes Amended Credit Facility

Cahill represented Wells Fargo as administrative agent in connection with amendment of Regency Gas Services LP’s $900,000,000 revolving credit facility. The amendment was completed in connection with Regency’s acquisition of midstream assets from Louis Dreyfus Highbridge Energy.
