Cahill represented Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. as sole book runner and sole lead arranger and Citibank, N.A. as administrative agent and collateral agent in connection with $450,000,000 of senior secured credit facilities for PharMerica Corporation to refinance its existing credit facilities and for general corporate purposes.
