ARS Intermediate Holdings Completes Notes Offering

Cahill represented UBS and Jefferies as initial purchasers in ARS Intermediate Holdings, LLC's offering of $50,000,000 of its 13.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2015. The proceeds of the offering were used to pay a dividend. The issuer's subsidiaries are leading national HVAC, plumbing and energy efficiency service providers.
