Infogroup Completes $460 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated as sole lead arranger in connection with the $460,000,000 credit facility comprised of a $410,000,000 term loan and a $50,000,000 revolving credit facility. The proceeds will be used to repay existing indebtedness and to pay out a dividend.
