International Automotive Components Group Completes $300 Million Notes Offering

Cahill represented Deutsche Bank, Banc of America Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan as initial purchasers in connection with International Automotive Components Group's $300 million offering of senior secured notes. The proceeds were used to pay a dividend and repay existing indebtedness.
