Cahill Represents Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank in $440 Million Term Loan to UK Investment Manager

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. as administrative agent and joint lead arranger and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. as joint lead arranger in connection with a $440,000,000 term loan facility for MIP Delaware, LLC and MIPL (Lux) S.à r.l., as co-borrowers. The Borrowers are affiliates of Mondrian Investment Partners Limited, an investment manager of international equities and global fixed income securities. The proceeds will be used to effect a restructuring and to repurchase certain equity interests of the company.
