Arch Capital Completes $800 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented Arch Capital Group Ltd. and certain of its subsidiaries in their entry into a new credit facility that includes up to $500 million of secured letters of credit and up to $300 million of unsecured revolving loans and unsecured letters of credit.
