Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as administrative agent and J.P. Morgan Securities and UBS Securities as joint lead arrangers in connection with the credit facility for SMART Modular Technologies to partially finance the acquisition of SMART by investment funds managed by Silver Lake Partners and Silver Lake Sumeru.
