Cahill Represents Praxair in $500 Million Public Offering

Cahill represented Praxair, Inc. in connection with its public offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.0% Notes due 2021. The proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
