Omnicare Completes $150 Million Public Offering

Cahill represented J.P. Morgan Securities as lead manager and the other co-managers in connection with the public offering of $150,000,000 7.75% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2020 by Omnicare, Inc. The proceeds will be used repurchase outstanding notes and for general corporate purposes.
