Cahill represented Axtel, S.A.B. de C.V. and its subsidiaries, as borrowers and guarantors under a $100 million term loan and revolving asset-based credit agreement denominated in US dollars and Mexican Pesos and secured by accounts receivables in the US and Mexico.
