Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and the lead arrangers in connection with the $2,500,000,000 credit facility comprised of a $1,250,000,000 Term loan and a $1,250,000,000 revolving credit facility for Mylan Inc. The proceeds were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
