Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, as lead arranger, in connection with a $150,000,000 letter of credit facility for Education Management LLC. The letters of credit will be issued for general corporate purposes.
