Cahill Represents Underwriters in Common Stock Offering by Clearwire Communications

Cahill represented J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch and Jefferies as underwriters in connection with the public offering of 175,000,000 shares of common stock of Clearwire Corporation (NASDAQ: CLWR) resulting in gross proceeds of $402,500,000. The underwriters were granted an option to purchase up to an additional 26,250,000 shares by the company.
