Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch and Jefferies as underwriters in connection with the public offering of 175,000,000 shares of common stock of Clearwire Corporation (NASDAQ: CLWR) resulting in gross proceeds of $402,500,000. The underwriters were granted an option to purchase up to an additional 26,250,000 shares by the company.
